My pizza journey started as a simple obsession: make a decent pizza at home. One dough led to another, then came the sourdough starter, the artisan flours, the cold ferments, the hydration experiments, the oven tests, and the quiet belief that maybe, just maybe, the next pie would be the one - crunchy yet chewy, and worthy of eating every crust.

Over time, pizza became more than that to me. It became a ritual, a science project, and a tiny love letter served one slice at a time.

After six years of tinkering, tasting, burning, learning, and feeding anyone willing to sit still long enough, the idea grew into something bigger, where every pie tells part of the story and every slice represents a step along the way..
